Yes, telehealth is available from day one for established and many new patients. It works well for follow-ups, refills, chronic disease check-ins, and many sick visits.

Yes. Our clinicians are board-certified nurse practitioners licensed with full practice authority in Nevada. They diagnose, treat, prescribe, and manage care independently as your primary care provider.

Most everyday medical needs: colds, infections, allergies, rashes, minor injuries, UTIs, GI issues, headaches, anxiety and depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, thyroid disease, asthma, and more.

When should I go to urgent care or the ER instead?

Go to the ER for chest pain, severe shortness of breath, signs of stroke, major injuries, or any life-threatening emergency. Urgent care is reasonable for after-hours sick visits when we're closed. For everything else, your primary care provider should be the first call.

Specialist referral rules normally depend on your insurance plan. While we are completing insurance credentialing, we are happy to coordinate referrals on a cash-pay basis when they are clinically needed.

Yes. We provide comprehensive diabetes care including A1c monitoring, medication management (metformin, GLP-1s, SGLT2 inhibitors, insulin when needed), continuous glucose monitor prescribing, and coordination with endocrinology when appropriate.

Yes. We diagnose and manage hypertension with lifestyle guidance, home BP monitoring, and evidence-based medication regimens. Most patients can be well-controlled with first-line or combination therapy.
