How to be seen today
- Call (725) 322-2710 as early in the day as possible.
- Tell our front desk what's going on, they'll triage you into a same-day slot or telehealth visit.
- Arrive 15 minutes early with a photo ID if you're a new patient.
When to go to the ER instead
Call 911 or go straight to the emergency room for any of these:
- Chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or fainting
- Stroke symptoms, sudden weakness, slurred speech, facial droop, vision loss
- Severe head injury or loss of consciousness
- Major bleeding that won't stop
- Severe allergic reaction (anaphylaxis)
- Suicidal thoughts or self-harm, call or text 988
Telehealth sick visits
Many acute issues, colds, UTIs, refills, rashes, follow-ups, are well-suited for telehealth. We send the prescription directly to your pharmacy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I be seen the same day?
Usually yes. Call us at (725) 322-2710 in the morning and we hold same-day acute slots for established and new patients in Henderson and Las Vegas. Many sick visits can also be done by telehealth.
What can you treat versus an urgent care?
Most things urgent care handles, colds, flu, COVID, strep, UTIs, sinus infections, ear infections, pink eye, skin infections, rashes, minor injuries, and prescription refills. Anything emergent (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms) should go to the ER or 911.
Do you have in-office testing?
Yes. We have rapid strep, flu, COVID, mononucleosis, urinalysis, and pregnancy testing in-office, plus same-day labs through our partner lab.
I'm not an established patient, can I still come in for a sick visit?
Yes. We accept new patients for acute visits and many become long-term primary care patients afterward. Bring a photo ID. Visits are currently offered at transparent cash-pay rates while insurance credentialing is in progress.
Ready to make us your care team?
We're now accepting new patients. Tell us when you're available and a member of our team will call you back to get you on our patient list.
