Meet Our Las Vegas and Henderson, NV Primary Care Team

Henderson Primary Care is a team of board-certified providers and experienced operations staff built around one idea: you deserve care that actually knows you. We offer expert-led adult primary care to patients across Henderson and Las Vegas, with services designed around continuity and trust.

We started this practice because we saw what fragmented care looks like, and we wanted to do better. Every person on our team brings something different to the table, clinical expertise, operational experience, and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.

Whether you are coming in for a routine visit or managing a chronic condition, we are here to make sure you get the right care at the right time. We are Henderson and Las Vegas locals, and this community is who we show up for every day.

Meet Abigail “Abi” Leonoras, APRN, AGNP-C

I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) with over 15 years of healthcare experience. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis and have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2017.

My background includes primary care, nephrology, ENT, home health, and hospice, along with previous experience as a registered nurse in long-term acute care, dialysis, psychiatry, home health, and internal medicine. That breadth shapes how I approach every patient encounter. I pay attention to the full picture because I know how connected everything is.

I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care by listening carefully to my patients' concerns, understanding their symptoms, and doing my best to provide effective solutions that help improve their health and quality of life.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy traveling, trying different cuisines, and spending time with our Goldendoodle, Hachi.

My Adult-Gerontology certification and my years in nephrology, home health, and hospice are why I especially enjoy caring for older adults across Las Vegas and Henderson. You can read more about our geriatric primary care.

Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Elise recently joined Henderson Primary Care as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Her full bio and clinical background will be added here soon.
