Meet Our Team

I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) with over 15 years of healthcare experience. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis and have been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2017.

My background includes primary care, nephrology, ENT, home health, and hospice, along with previous experience as a registered nurse in long-term acute care, dialysis, psychiatry, home health, and internal medicine. That breadth shapes how I approach every patient encounter. I pay attention to the full picture because I know how connected everything is.

I am committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care by listening carefully to my patients' concerns, understanding their symptoms, and doing my best to provide effective solutions that help improve their health and quality of life.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy traveling, trying different cuisines, and spending time with our Goldendoodle, Hachi.

I'm Rechell, Co-Founder of Henderson Primary Care. I've spent over ten years building and running medical practices from the ground up. My role keeps the operation moving. Contracting, credentialing, billing, and staff training all fall under my watch so our providers can focus entirely on patient care.

My background includes Practical Nursing, Medical Assistant, and Pharmacy Technician certifications. I'm also a Certified Trauma Recovery Yoga Instructor, which keeps me connected to the human side of healthcare.

Outside of work, family comes first. I'm always pushing myself to grow, and I bring that same mindset to everything I do here.

I'm Freddy, Co-Founder of Henderson Primary Care and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I hold a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have spent my career working with children, adults, and families across diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

My experience includes community health, hospice and bereavement care, crisis support through Crisis Text Line, and specialized OCD treatment using evidence-based approaches. I work with CBT, DBT, and a Person-Centered approach because I believe good therapy meets you where you are.

Therapy changed my life. That's why I take this work seriously and why I show up the way I do for every person who walks through the door.
