Primary Care Provider in Las Vegas, NV
A board-certified family medicine practice inside Las Vegas city limits at Sunset & Fort Apache, accepting new patients across the southwest valley.
Looking for a primary care doctor in Las Vegas?
Finding a primary care doctor in Las Vegas who actually answers the phone, sees you on time, and spends more than seven minutes with you has gotten harder every year. Henderson Primary Care is an independent, locally owned family medicine practice built to be the opposite of the high-volume corporate chains that dominate the valley. We're inside Las Vegas city limits at 9315 W Sunset Rd, Ste 101A, 89148, one minute from the 215 Beltway, and we're accepting new adult patients now.
We now care for more of the family and more of a lifetime. Our family nurse practitioner sees children age 2 and up for sick visits, well-child checkups, and school and sports physicals, and our Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner leads geriatric primary care for older Las Vegas adults.

Family medicine for the southwest Las Vegas valley
Our 89148 corridor sits between the 215 Beltway and the rapidly growing Mountain's Edge and Southern Highlands neighborhoods. The southwest valley has more than 250,000 residents and a stunning shortage of locally owned primary care, most practices here are run by hospital systems or national chains. We chose this location to fill that gap with a real, provider-led practice.
Las Vegas neighborhoods we serve
Mountain's Edge, Rhodes Ranch, Spring Valley, Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Enterprise, Blue Diamond, Russell-Sunset, Tropicana-Fort Apache, Summerlin South, and the broader 89148, 89113, 89178, 89139, 89141, 89179 ZIP codes. Patients commuting from Henderson via the 215 or from central Las Vegas regularly tell us their drive here is shorter than the office they were already using.
What Las Vegas patients value about our practice
- Prompt appointment requests, call for the earliest appropriate opening for ordinary illness or medication concerns
- Generous visit times, 30–60 minutes for new patients, not the in-and-out experience of high-volume chains

- Direct provider access through our patient portal, messages answered by the actual clinical team, not a call center
- Coordination with the major Las Vegas hospital systems (Sunrise, Valley, UMC, Summerlin, Mountain View)
- Medicare-friendly, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, chronic care management, and preventive screenings are all covered services we provide

Why we chose southwest Las Vegas
We chose this location intentionally. From here we can serve the southwest valley without becoming yet another office buried inside a freeway-bound hospital campus. If you're north of Sahara, the chains and hospital networks have plenty of locations, what's been missing is a real, locally owned primary care practice for the southwest. That's us.
