Henderson Primary Care is a locally owned practice preparing a future Henderson location. Until it opens, patients from Henderson can establish care at our operational Las Vegas office.
Henderson families can bring more than one generation. Our family nurse practitioner sees children age 2 and up for sick visits, well-child checkups, and school and sports physicals, and our Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner leads geriatric primary care for older Henderson adults.

Where appointments are currently held
Our operational office is in Las Vegas at 9315 W Sunset Rd, Ste 101A, near Sunset and Fort Apache. From Henderson, you'll typically hop on the 215 westbound and exit at Rainbow or Buffalo, most patients are at the door inside 15–20 minutes. From eastern Henderson (Cadence, Black Mountain, the historic downtown corridor), Lake Mead Pkwy or the 215 East-West connection makes it an easy run.
Why a smaller Henderson practice is different
We know Henderson's neighborhoods feel like different worlds. The needs of a young family in Cadence are different from a retiree in Sun City Anthem, which are different from a working professional commuting up to the Summerlin business corridor. Because we're a smaller, provider-led office instead of a hospital system, we've built our schedule, telehealth, and care model to flex around all of them, not the other way around.

Henderson Hospital, St. Rose Dominican (Siena, San Martín, and Rose de Lima campuses), the District at Green Valley Ranch, M Resort, and Cowabunga Bay are all within a short drive of our office. Many of the specialty offices our patients use are clustered along Eastern Ave, Pebble Rd, and the 215.

What insurance do you accept?
We are in-network with Medicare, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare. Cigna is coming soon but is not yet accepted. Please call our office to verify plan-specific benefits.

Do you provide Medicare Annual Wellness Visits?
Yes. Medicare AWVs are fully covered for Medicare beneficiaries and are one of our most-requested services for Sun City Anthem and Anthem Country Club residents.
What kind of primary care do you provide?
Our practice is led by board-certified nurse practitioners Abigail Leonoras, APRN, AGNP-C and Elise Erwin, APRN-BC, FNP. We provide adult primary care, with particular depth in chronic disease management and Medicare wellness.
