Why high blood pressure deserves real attention

We treat it the way the cardiology guidelines actually recommend, with measurement you can trust and medications that fit your life.

Frequently asked questions
What blood pressure goal will you set for me?
For most adults the target is under 130/80, per AHA/ACC guidelines. Patients over 65, with kidney disease, or on multiple medications may have an individualized target. We discuss your number at every visit.
Do you offer 24-hour ambulatory or home blood pressure monitoring?
Yes. We routinely order home BP logs and coordinate ambulatory monitoring to confirm true hypertension and rule out white-coat readings.
Can I be seen by telehealth for blood pressure follow-ups?
Yes, once you have a reliable home cuff. We use telehealth visits to titrate medication and review your log, then bring you in for periodic labs and in-office checks.
What if my blood pressure is dangerously high right now?
If your systolic is 180+ or diastolic 120+ with symptoms (chest pain, vision change, weakness), call 911. Otherwise call our office at (725) 322-2710 and we will see you the same day when possible.
Ready to make us your care team?
