Why this page is empty right now
Henderson Primary Care is a new practice in the southwest Las Vegas valley. Plenty of clinics launch with a wall of five-star quotes on day one, and patients have gotten good at spotting them. We'd rather show you nothing than show you something invented. When patients start sharing their experience, their words go here, and we'll say who they are to the extent they're comfortable being identified.
How we handle reviews
- Nothing is written on a patient's behalf, and nothing is bought or incentivized.
- We only publish a review with the patient's explicit permission.
- We edit for typos and to remove protected health information, never for tone.
- We won't publish star-rating structured data until real, verifiable reviews exist, because fabricated rating markup violates Google's structured data policies.
- Critical feedback stays up. If something went wrong, we'd rather fix it publicly.
If you're a patient and want to leave one
The most useful reviews mention specifics: how long you waited, whether you felt listened to, whether the billing matched what you were quoted. Leave one on our Google Business Profile, or tell us directly at info@hendersonpc.com and let us know whether we may publish it here. If your experience fell short, please tell us before you post so we have a chance to make it right.
How to judge a practice without reviews
Until reviews accumulate, look at the things that are actually verifiable. Our provider's credentials, training, and license are published in full. Our cash-pay prices are listed rather than quoted over the phone, and our in-network plans (Medicare, Aetna, and UnitedHealthcare) are stated plainly, including the ones still in credentialing. You can also read exactly what we treat and what happens at a first visit before you ever book.
